Flip tire, run hills, and more! Work on metabolic density and conditioning, boxing, balance, plyometric training, core stability, and trunk stability - we cover it all! Anything goes! Never do the dame workout twice! We use your body, bands, weights, slam balls, medicine balls, ropes, and more.

- Class venues are frequently subject to change
- All interested participants must complete a fitness assessment
before starting class
- Days: Tuesdays and Thursdays - 5 AM - 5:45 AM
- Cost: $80 / month
- You'll Need to Bring: mat, 5 and 8 lb weights, sweat towel, beach towel, 8 or 10 lb
medicine ball, exercise bands, outdoor leather gloves, and lots of water
- Dress comfortably and in weather appropriate workout clothes
- No open-toed shoes - must wear shoes!
- Modifications and advanced techniques shown as needed
